Last Night

Last night was horrific. This is a game that will humble kings, and unfortunately last night was a very humbling night. Badlands Honey broke at the start, but unfortunately the situation is much worse. She popped her suspensory ligament, as this is an old injury she has re-aggrevated. She will have to be retired and sold for breeding purposes. You just never know when stuff like this can happen. Brother Larry's driver completely disregarded instructions to take him to the back and close. He went for the lead in an insanely fast opening quarter mile and was cooked at the far turn. As for my picks, three winners from the top selection and two from the second slot. 5/12 is not too shabby.
